The view from the room offers a fantastic canal perspective, perfect for mornings with a coffee. Proximity to the S.Samuel ferry stop makes transportation straightforward when it's running.
Several maintenance issues popped up, like an air conditioning unit that struggled to keep the room cool, leading to discomfort. The shower head had a loose bracket. Access to the room didn't start until 3 PM, quite inflexible, especially if you arrive earlier. A lack of basic supplies-like extra coffee pods and shampoo-felt underwhelming for a prolonged stay.

We booked the Junior Suite, and the views over the Grand Canal were unbelievable. The spacious room had everything we needed, including a coffee maker. The big common area with canal views was great. Plus, the water bus stop outside made exploring super easy 😍

Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a cathedral church. We were given a double room, it was fairly quiet and beautiful.

This place had the nerve to keep me waiting for a check-in code, which I never received, not to mention the air conditioning leaked and had mold. Honestly, i almost considered a good review-but let's be real, where was my complimentary upgrade? I expected better from such a scenic location, yet they managed to disappoint.

Amazing location to most places, very attentive staff, everything was perfect. We spent 3 nights in suite with snacks and the bedroom and bathroom. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this small hotel.

The air conditioning didn't cool properly!!! Shower left much to be desired, with poor drainage and mold issues!!! Kitchenette restrictions are absurd given all the appliances provided!!! Prepare for a sweat-filled night if you dislike warm rooms!!!

Had a blast with my friends! The view from our room was unbeatable. We loved exploring the area and even hopped on a gondola. The common area was perfect, and the location made it easy to find great food nearby. Definitely recommend for a fun group trip!
We did face an issue with the air conditioning not cooling properly, a bit uncomfortable at night. That said, we managed.
